Scope of Works – Chilled Water System Replacement
1. Replacement of Chilled Water Fan Coil Units (FCUs) and Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Removal and replacement of existing Chilled Water FCUs and AHUs with new units, including all associated mounting accessories and supports.
- Supply and installation of new valve packages (including control valves, strainers, balancing valves, and isolation valves) for each unit to ensure proper flow and control.
- Pressure testing of the system post-installation to verify leak-free connections and system integrity.
- Chemical flushing of the chilled water circuit to remove sludge, scale, and other impurities, ensuring optimal performance of new equipment.
2. Replacement of Existing Chilled Water Piping with Thermal Insulation
- Removal of existing chilled water piping as required and installation of new chilled water pipes, sized and routed as per design and site conditions.
- Supply and installation of new thermal insulation over all chilled water piping using closed-cell insulation material with proper vapor barrier and finish (e.g., aluminum foil cladding).
- Execution of all related civil works, including core cutting, pipe support modifications, wall/ceiling reinstatement, and surface finishing as necessary.
